The One // Meghan + Anthony

It was right before the Christmas holiday that Anthony set up cameras around their home and prepared to propose to his love, Meghan. Anthony hid Meghan's ring in one of their Christmas ornaments, then placed it on their dog's bed (which was right next to the tree). He pointed out the ornament to Meghan and told her that their dog must have taken it off the tree. Without realizing the ornament was open, she just hung it back on the tree! Anthony asked her if there was something inside, and Meghan inspected it to find the ring there and Anthony beside her on one knee!

We think this lovely couple really loves to celebrate during the holiday seasons! Meghan and Anthony had an absolutely gorgeous summer event, with everything on their wedding day taking place right before the Independence Day holiday at the beautiful Ryland Inn in Whitehouse Station, New Jersey. We always love filming at this spectacular venue, and it was an even bigger joy to be able to capture the day for such a kindhearted couple.

During morning preparations for the big event, Meghan's bridal party, wearing pretty blue and white floral PJ's, took a moment aside to give her a champagne toast outside in celebration! Then they dressed into their beautiful mismatched long gowns in various shades of soft, dusty blue.

Anthony and his groomsmen dressed into their distinguished light gray suits with blue patterned neckties, coordinating perfectly with the bridal party and the event's color palette. And they, too, had drinks ready to toast the groom!

After hair and makeup was finalized, Meghan put on her beautiful Justin Alexander wedding gown. It had an amazing deep-V neckline, a beautiful A-line silhouette and lovely lace appliqués throughout. She accessorized with glittering jewelry, slipped on her light blue shoes in keeping with their summery, soft blue theme colors and was ready for the day, looking so gorgeous!

Before their ceremony was set to begin, the two had a sweet first look and shared personal vows outside. We loved the delicate hugs and kisses they shared! Then, our good friend Paul at Paul Francis Photography organized one of the couple and wedding party's photo sessions outdoors. It's always such a huge pleasure to work with him and his team and we're thrilled we get to do this so much!

Meghan and Anthony had a very intimate, personalized wedding ceremony outside on the grounds of their venue. It was so beautiful, as a family member officiated the ceremony and led them in reciting their vows and exchanging rings. The two kissed and the ceremony concluded just as the rain moved in for a bit!

A fantastic lighted sign with their last name hung above the massive stone fireplace at Meghan and Anthony's rustic chic reception inside Ryland Inn's Coach House. And Peonies to Paint Chips adorned the reception spaces with luscious blue and white floral centerpieces, flickering tapered candles and a sweetheart table overflowing with blue and white blooms and lush greenery. The whole room was so magical and romantic.

The wedding party celebrated by waving lighted glow sticks as Meghan and Anthony entered the room for their first dance! As always, the bride and groom's first dance is so touching to watch. Fantastic toasts from Meghan's matron of honor and from Anthony's two best men were then given over dinner. We especially loved the reminder Meghan's matron of honor gave to make every day the best day of their lives.

Then it was time to party! Those glow sticks were a hit as Meghan and Anthony's friends and family danced the night away, thanks to the hits played by DJ Christian Lagrotteria from SCE Event Group!
Meghan and Anthony's wedding day was so beautiful, so much fun and such a great way to kick off that long holiday weekend! Congratulations and best wishes to the sweet newlyweds!
