Something Very Special // Leah + Noble

We were looking forward so much to visiting the Hamptons again for this wedding day. And even though the weather wasn't ideal, the falling rain didn't damper the spirits of the couple and their guests celebrating this wonderful early fall wedding event!

Leah and Noble met like so many do, through mutual friends. Their close friends are a married couple, so the connection for Leah and Noble was simply natural. Everything about Leah and Noble, truly, seems so natural, cheerful and carefree!

When the big day finally arrived, the bride and groom each prepared in separate, private residences in Westhampton Beach, New York. Noble and his groomsmen dressed into matching dark jackets with stone colored pants, and sported eye-catching coral, patterned ties. It was such a fantastic and modern, semi-formal look, perfect for this coastal wedding.

Leah got ready for her day with her sisters and cousins by her side. The bride wore a gorgeous Oscar de la Renta wedding gown that was covered in beautiful floral lace. It had delightful lace cap sleeves, a deep-v scalloped neckline and identical back design and a slim, subtle fit and flare silhouette. And her wrap, a very necessary accessory for the weather on this day, was the perfect touch. She looked so stunning, like a golden age of Hollywood movie star!

Then, it was time to make it official! Leah and Noble's ceremony took place at Immaculate Conception Church in Westhampton Beach. All eyes were on the aisle as Leah's little nieces and nephews trotted along. Then, when the processional ended, the doors opened and Leah walked down on the arm of her father to meet up with Noble at the altar. We loved seeing how Noble couldn't keep from smiling at the first sight of his bride on this wonderful day.

Following the ceremony, photos were taken by Justin Lane from Brian Dorsey Studios. We loved capturing the 'behind the scenes' of the photo shoots at the venue, and what a pleasure it was to work with Justin and his second shooter. And Leah, Noble and their wedding party had such a great time, too! The couple even shared a sweet ride together as they traveled the grounds by golf cart before their reception began!

Leah and Noble's tented reception was held at Westhampton Country Club in Westhampton Beach. The room was decorated so beautifully with amazing hanging installations and lush, organic table centerpieces, all in those lovely deep corals, oranges, apricots and burgundies. Wispy feathers in fall neutrals and copper accents found throughout the space were just the perfect, warming touch, too.

Guests were seated in the dining space to enjoy a fantastic meal together. At this time, we heard lovely, funny and heartwarming toasts from Leah's father, from her five siblings and from Noble's brother, his best man. Perhaps one of the most apropos sentiments actually came as a message from Noble's grandfather, relayed in brother's speech as he said simply, "Those two are really something special."

Then, as a surprise to all, the band, The Eleven, arrived to lead guests to the tent for the party! Lean and Noble had their own special first dance, followed by dances with their parents. Afterwards, all Leah and Noble's friends and family got out onto the dance floor and partied all evening!

We loved working once again with the incomparable wedding and event planner, Claire Bean, who designed and organized this beautiful wedding event. And it was such a pleasure to be there to film this absolutely perfect wedding for Leah and Noble and to celebrate with them and their loved ones.

Congratulations and all our best wishes to Leah and Noble!
