The Dance of Life and Love // Lauren + Adam

Lauren and Adam met in college while studying abroad in London. By the time they traveled on to Munich for Octoberfest, they had already fallen head over heels. That trip took place exactly seven years before their wonderful wedding day.

The two were wed at St. Robert Bellarmine Parish in Freehold, NJ. This parish is a beautiful, light-filled church with an immense round window at the entrance. Their ceremony was so poignant and moving… truly a joy to watch.

What a fitting place for Lauren and Adam to hold their wedding reception… Adam proposed to Lauren there at the Laurita Winery. While his proposal came as a complete surprise to Lauren, to no one’s surprise she said yes! The Laurita Winery in New Egypt, NJ, was a stately, yet charming choice in venues for this marvelous affair.

Their wedding had hints of London style (to capture the feeling of their first encounter) but primarily enveloped a delightful rustic ambience. Fitting in with the winery atmosphere, place cards were anchored in corks and burlap-wrapped bottles with table numbers denoted the guests’ tables. Guests mingling before the dinner were treated to Laurita Winery’s Marketplace, a unique and rustic area with exposed brick, roughhewn beams, barn doors and market awnings that parallel its rural countryside, vineyards and local farms setting.

Lauren’s wedding gown was beautiful, with a beaded bodice and a champagne-colored sash. Her bridesmaids were all in long deep-purple gowns. What terrific color choices for a winery wedding!

Gorgeous flower arrangements with a pastoral touch filled the venue. Rose Petals and Lace did a sensational job in contributing to the rustic atmosphere that Lauren wanted for her wedding.

Lauren and Adam chose DJ Tony from SCE Event Group to emcee and entertain guests. It was certainly the right choice! As you can see in the film, everyone had a fantastic time on the dance floor!

Lauren and Adam amazingly learned their first dance on their initial attempt, with only 15 minutes of ballroom dance instruction. It just shows, they’re already well on their way to mastering this dance of life and love. We wish them an eternity of happiness and a lifetime full of new dances together. Congratulations!
