Jessica and Brian believe in doing things big! Their families, which truly are of the utmost importance to them, are large in number as well. So to include all their siblings, their wedding party was absolutely huge. Even included in the event were their six precious dogs who had their moments in the spotlight as each walked down the aisle!
Jessica and Brian were married at the wonderful Ashford Estate. Even though we’ve filmed here many times, for each wedding, the décor is different and the overall feeling is fresh. MDS Floral Designs adorned the Ashford Estate’s romantic barn chapel with massive florals in warm tones of orange, red and yellow while glowing candles and flower arrangements lined the rustic mantel. And delicate petals lined the aisle for Jessica’s procession.
Jessica was a beautiful bride in her gorgeous bridal ball gown, overflowing with lace and a generous tiered skirt. Her dazzling bejeweled sash provided just the right amount of sparkle and her amazing shoes coordinated perfectly.
Jessica and Brian included sentimental touches throughout their wedding event. Sadly, both have lost their fathers, but their presence was deeply felt during the entire wedding day. Family members walked photos of their fathers down the aisle for the ceremony and a bagpipe and drum corps paid a touching tribute to them at the reception. It was honestly so moving to witness.
Kay English photographed the couple and wedding party for their affair and was a true joy to work with on this special day. It was a gorgeous fall day and we were so happy to be able to film Jessica and Brian outdoors at the Ashford. The grounds were idyllic with still-green grass, fall mums and turning leaves.
At the reception, the two appeared to be dancing on a cloud for their first dance. Their love was touching to see and we knew it would reflect beautifully on film.
With family playing such an important role in their lives, it was not surprising to find out that Brian had his family motto symbolically engraved onto Jessica’s engagement ring: Love One Another. Our wish for them is for their love to only grow and become stronger with each passing year. Congratulations to Jessica and Brian!
