It was shortly before Thanksgiving and our fall wedding season was coming to an end. But there was no more fabulous way for us to wrap up than with Blair and Michael's gorgeous autumn wedding day in bustling Midtown Manhattan.

The couple prepared for their day in the private club where their reception would later be held. Michael and his party wore matching classic black tuxedos for this special event, everyone looking so handsome and stylish. And Blair's bridal party was so beautiful in their mismatched gowns, the flower girls and ring bearers all so cute!

Blair dressed into her gorgeous lace covered bridal gown with help from her sister and maid of honor, and her mother. It had a lovely full princess silhouette, an amazing high-neck halter and a delicate tulle bow tied in back. And Blair wore her hair up in a sleek and chic updo (transforming into a lovely ponytail for the reception), with a long veil attached in back for the ceremony. She was the epitome of grace and beauty.

Sweet first looks between Blair and her father and then the bride and groom were scheduled next. Then it was then time for everyone to travel to the church. Blair and Michael's Catholic wedding ceremony took place at the historic St. Vincent Ferrer Church on Lexington Avenue in the city's Upper East Side. Their beautiful ceremony included a traditional homily from Father Sicard, a longtime family friend as well, the recitation of vows and the symbolic exchange of rings. Soon, the couple would be kissing for the first time as 'husband and wife'!

Back at the private club, Blair and Michael's reception was all set and ready to begin. Those gorgeous florals, especially all the roses in their mauves, deep lavenders and champagne-pink sepia tones gave such a glamorous, vintage vibe nestled among the tall taper candles. The entire historic ballroom space, with its soaring, rich wood paneled walls and massive chandeliers, boasted exquisite design and decor, and we felt like we were transported to the grandeur of the late Victorian Era. Absolutely stunning!

After a fantastic photo shoot with their photographer, Afrik Armando Photography, the couple and wedding party were ready for their introductions. Blair and Michael were announced, then the couple danced their beautifully choreographed first dance together. As their dance concluded, everyone was invited to join in!

Father Sicard gave the blessing, and Blair's father, with her mother by his side, presented a wonderful welcome speech and toast to the newlyweds, and in his words, a speech "not about training wheels or little league trophies", but about Blair and Michael and their conviction that this marriage is so right, with "destiny written all over it". And during the first course of dinner, Michael's best man, his brother, and Blair's sister and maid of honor also gave beautiful toasts in honor of the couple. Then, guests took to that dance floor again!
Sweet parent dances took center stage after guests briefly took their seats. Then everyone was ready again to dance the night away! Soulsystem Orchestras provided the music, playing a mix of old favorites and new, that kept all the guests on the floor all evening!
Lauren Pasternack of Lauren Perry Events planned such a wonderful wedding day and it was such a pleasure to work with her for this fabulous event. It was the most perfect wedding celebration, and the perfect way for us to end our season.

Congratulations and all our best wishes to Blair and Michael!
