Ashley and Frank met through family while she was vacationing in California. Their relationship developed and soon, the two knew they had found their one and only. And Frank's proposal to Ashley sounds nothing short of magical! He asked her to be his forever in Barbados under the moonlight. Ashley, happily, said 'yes'!
This sweet couple decided to have an all-in-one wedding event, as they got ready, held their ceremony and reception all at the Crystal Plaza in Livingston, New Jersey. And they couldn't have chosen a more perfect day! The weather was outstanding, refreshingly fall-like for a day so close to the first day of summer. Truly, everything about Ashley and Frank's wedding day was exquisite.
As they prepared for the day at Crystal Plaza, Ashley's bridal party dressed into beautiful long, blush dresses. They coordinated so wonderfully with the groom's party light gray suits and blush neckties. In the groom's lounge, named the Vault, Frank stood apart from the rest of the guys in his dark gray suit and ivory tie. Very handsome! The guys made sure to get in a game of pool, a little workout and some driving practice before heading outside.
Meanwhile, Ashley dressed into her gorgeous wedding gown in the Penthouse. Her dress had a ball gown silhouette, a sweetheart neckline with delicate straps and just the perfect amount of sparkle throughout the lace overlay. She wore her long, beautiful hair down in waves, added a delicate, sparkling headband and attached a long, flowing veil for the ceremony. She looked so amazing!
The couple also took some time out of their busy morning preparations to read beautiful love notes that they wrote for each other. We loved how Ashley that there's no one else she'd rather spend her "crazy, loud, dog-haired filled life with".
Then it was time for that exciting first look! Ashley and Frank met up for the first time on their wedding day outside at their venue. It was so adorable how Frank was almost speechless at the sight of his beautiful bride!
One of the things that made this fantastic wedding so unique was the inclusion of Ashley and Frank's dogs in their special day. The couple had all of their 13 dogs participate in many ways, including in their photo shoots. And why not include your fur babies in one of the biggest days of your life? Ashley, Frank and their wedding party all had a great time during their photo shoots with the fabulous Drew Noel and team.
It was time then for the ceremony to begin! All 13 dogs walked down the aisle as part of the family and wedding party! The couple's personalized ceremony was held in outside in the perfectly manicured gardens. After the special message to the couple and their guests, Ashley and Frank exchanged rings, recited their vows to each other and became husband and wife.
Ashley and Frank's reception was held in the Grand Ballroom, an impressive space filled with sparkling chandeliers, a gold detailed ceiling and a round marble dance floor. The space was made even more glamorous with stunning white floral arrangements and décor from Le El New York. And their lighting and effects were simply stellar.
The wedding party and Ashley and Frank had their formal introductions to all their family and friends, then danced their first dance. The two looked like they were floating on a cloud, and were also treated to an exciting sparkler salute by their venue. It was both very exciting and so romantic at the same time!
Ashley's mother, her maid of honor and Frank's best man gave wonderful toasts that evening over dinner. And later in the evening, Ashley and Frank cut and shared that beautiful wedding cake, a true work of edible art from Palermo's Bakery.
And of course, everyone heard only the finest music all night from DJ Larry Gold of Unique Musique! All of Ashley and Frank's friends and family filled that marble dance floor and didn't stop until the last song was played.
