Tenniel and Michael met while in the break kitchen at their work. Michael asked one of their co-workers (who was a bridesmaid on their wedding day!) about the likelihood of Tenniel dating him and her friend said 'no chance'. But she was wrong, and everyone is so happy that she was! The two sweethearts got engaged on Michael's birthday in December of 2021, two months after he asked Tenniel's parents for their blessing. He popped the question on the rooftop of their Brookly
