Celia and Scott are both from East Coast states but met at work in Colorado where they both currently live.  They were inseparable right from the start.  A loyal friendship quickly blossomed into love and a few years later, an engagement (to the eagerness and anticipation of friends and family!). Scott’s proposal was textbook romance.  He coordinated the big event to take place on Celia’s birthday, which also happens to be Valentine’s Day, complete with a candle light dinner
