We were so delighted to be a part of Diana and Matthew’s exquisite wedding event. Filled with romance, rich with tradition and brimming with laughter, their wedding was so very memorable. And we know this is just the beginning of a lifetime of wonderful memories for Diana and Matt.
Their wedding day started with professional hair and makeup for the bridal party, courtesy of Nicholas Sebastian Salon. Afterwards, Diana put on her gorgeous wedding gown. Her dress had a mermaid silhouette and sparkling embroidery and lace from head to toe. She looked absolutely amazing! Matt’s handsome ensemble included a classic black tux and very dapper argyle socks. We loved the dramatic theme color combination they chose: shades of deep purple with red accents.
Diana and Matt exchanged beautiful love notes before they walked down the aisle that day. We love the outpouring of emotion that just can’t be held back when our couples read their notes to each other and Diana and Matt’s sentiments were no exception. Then, it was time to make it official. Diana and Matt’s lovely, traditional ceremony was held at St. Mary Magdalen Church in Media, PA.
After Diana and Matt recited their vows and became husband and wife, we visited several sites around the city of Philadelphia with the party. We took video of the happy couple and their wedding party while Cliff Mautner professionally photographed the day’s events.
Then it was time to continue the celebration at the reception! Their chosen venue was the Atrium at the Curtis Center, one of Cescaphe’s lavish and glamorous wedding venues. The luxe, twelve-story atrium with its dramatic waterfall fountain and Tiffany mosaic is one of the city’s finest wedding event locations. Beautiful Blooms once again delivered a grand and elegant showcase of florals and decor.
This was such a fun reception to film! It was a perfect combination of excitement, heartfelt romance and tradition. Diana was sure to have Polish traditions incorporated into her wedding event. This includes a blessing at the reception with bread and salt, with the bread representing the parents’ hope that the couple will never go hungry and salt to remind the couple that their life together may experience difficulties along the way. A shot of vodka and a shot of water is served to the newlyweds, with the one receiving the vodka determining the one who will be the head of the household. It was Diana! And finally, the couple breaks the glasses for good luck.
All Around Entertainment helped keep the festivities lively as they emceed and provided music for this wedding. Everyone definitely had a blast celebrating the new marriage of two wonderful people, Diana and Matt.
Congratulations to Diana and Matt! May this be just the beginning of a lifetime filled with happy memories and love.
