I Belong To You // Angelina + Daniel

Angelina and Daniel have been together for more than seven years, meeting at a restaurant Daniel worked in when they were both still in school.  And his proposal couldn’t have had a more beautiful, more exciting backdrop!  He took Angelina to a top sushi restaurant in New York City, then they ferried to Jersey City.  With the bright skyline in the background, he asked Angelina to be his wife.  Daniel had a photographer there as a surprise to capture the moment, then had another surprise waiting… a party planned to celebrate with their family and best friends!

This brings us to the anticipated event they were celebrating that evening, their wonderful wedding day and the beginning of their next chapter in their lives together.  The two chose the Stone House at Stirling Ridge in Warren, New Jersey to hold their beautiful, intimate wedding event.  And it was such a pleasure for us to be a part of capturing this special day.

Angelina began her day with her bridal party at the Embassy Suites in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey.  They had fun as they got ready for the day, having their hair and makeup perfected by Moda 330 and ByKatiness.   Then, Angelina put on her beautiful gown.  She wore an amazing Martina Liana gown with a dramatic plunging V-neckline and long, lace covered sleeves.  The lovely lace continued throughout her bodice and skirt, which had a fit and flare silhouette and just the perfect amount of sequins for sparkle.  And for something blue, she wore those bright and exciting Manolo Blahniks.  Angelina could not have been a more beautiful bride!

And Daniel looked so handsome on his wedding day, wearing a dark suit with a sage green necktie for this very special day.  His groomsmen wore coordinating suits with green bow ties, while Angelina’s bridal party dressed in matching sage green gowns.  And Angelina and her bridal party and Daniel with his groomsmen each shared in a celebratory toast as they got ready for the day’s events!

Once they were all dressed and ready for their big day, Angelina and Daniel had their exciting first look inside their venue.  Several sweet kisses and compliments were certainly in order!

We were so happy to be working once again with one of our favorite photographers, Drew Noel.  He and his second shooter, Jim, never fail to capture the moments in such a creative, inventive way.  And they’re so awesome to work with!  Be sure to check out a couple photos of Angelina and Daniel Drew added to his instagram page!

Then it was time for Angelina and Daniel’s wedding ceremony to begin at the Stone House.  Their late afternoon outdoor ceremony, which was officiated by Father Vince Corso, was so intimate, so personal and engaging.  Angelina and Daniel shared wine to symbolize life, vitality, love and the sweetness of all they’ll share in their future together, after reciting their very emotional vows and exchanging rings.  Then, they were pronounced as ‘husband and wife’!

A Touch of Elegance Floral & Event Design adorned the ballroom at the Stone House at Stirling Ridge with romantic candlelight and lush floral arrangements filled with white blossoms, baby’s breath and sage-colored eucalyptus, all in keeping with the green and white color scheme.  Angelina and Daniel’s table had a wonderful long garland draped from one side to the other.

Following their wedding party, the newlyweds were announced and entered the ballroom where they danced their first romantic dance floating on a cloud!  The traditional parent dances followed before beautiful speeches were given.

We heard wonderful toasts from Angelina’s maid of honor and from Daniel’s best man that brought us back to the couple’s first meeting and shared with us how their love grew over the years.  Then, dancing lasted well into the evening, thanks to the crowd-pleasing tunes that just kept coming from Posh DJ’s!  The couple only took a break only to cut and taste that delicious three-tiered semi-naked wedding cake from Rudy’s Pastry Shop!

At the end of this fabulous evening, we were so excited to capture their fantastic sparkler salute!  Congratulations to Angelina and Daniel!  May every day of their future be as beautiful and as happy for this sweet couple.

I Love You Most // Samantha + Christian

We received a phone message one day from Janice, the mother of a bride, who was requesting information for her daughter’s wedding the following year.  When we called back the following morning, we were surprised to find out that in the meantime, Janice learned that her other daughter who was also getting married a few months from then had already booked us for her own wedding!  We were so thrilled to be filming the gorgeous weddings of sisters Nicole and Samantha!  With Nicole’s amazing wedding behind us, we were now excited to be heading to Samantha and Christian’s wedding event.

Samantha and Christian’s wedding reception was held at Samantha’s family’s beautiful estate in the Bucks County suburbs of Philadelphia.  The grounds of their residence were just perfect for a grand white tent situated right next to the family’s large pond, complete with a wooden dock and sprinkling fountain.  The icing on the cake was that Jenny Orsini was the expert planner and organizer of this fantastic tented wedding event and it was so wonderful to work with her again as well.

Our day began right there at the family’s home, with Samantha, her mother and her sisters preparing for the day in her home and the rest of her bridal party across the way in her parents’ residence.  Christian got ready with his groomsmen in the pool house, appropriately renamed ‘Christian’s Man Cave’ for the day.  We were so glad that the couple shared their card readings with us, always such a special and very meaningful moment in the day.  We think our favorite part was the sentence, “don’t go for the person who takes your breath away, but go for the one who reminds you to breathe.”  What a wonderful reminder of what a loving relationship and a wonderful marriage is all about.

After hair and makeup was finalized, Samantha received help getting into her beautiful gown from her mother and sisters. Her dress was an amazing strapless gown with a full overlay of beading and lace.  It had a wonderful fit and flare silhouette, showcasing a gorgeous long train.  She was such a stunning bride!

Then, it was time to travel to St. Paul Parish in Princeton, NJ for the ceremony.  It was here that Samantha and Christian had their first look at each other that day, as Samantha was escorted down the aisle by her father.  Christian was practically overcome with emotion as he saw his beautiful bride walking towards him.  It was such a touching moment.  They had a lovely, traditional ceremony and were soon pronounced ‘husband and wife’!  As they exited the church, their friends and family all waved white ribbons in celebration!

Following the ceremony, we all headed back to the family’s estate for the remainder of the event.  With such a gorgeous property, it was a given that their photo shoot would take place onsite.  And it was so nice to work with Valorie and her team from Valorie Darling Photography.  During this perfect downtime, the couple also enjoyed a wonderful horse and buggy ride around the estate!

After a relaxing cocktail hour, the reception kicked off inside the massive white tent, complete with glistening chandeliers, sheer gauzy fabric, countless taper candles and amazing blush and white floral centerpieces by A Touch of Elegance Floral & Event Design.  The elegant setting was truly a masterpiece of glamour and romance.

Dinner began with a beautiful welcome speech given by Samantha’s father where he reminisced about Samantha and Christian’s years together, followed by wonderfully touching toasts by Christian’s brothers and Samantha’s sisters.  We couldn’t help but be moved by the heartfelt emotion that simply poured effortlessly out of each speech given that evening.  And after dinner, Posh Entertainment totally rocked the house as they always do!

What a fantastic wedding day this was!  And it was such an honor to work with this wonderful family once again.  We wish Samantha and Christian a ‘beautiful adventure through their years together’! Congratulations!
