Why is it that the guys seem to have more time on the wedding day to kick back and relax before the festivities begin?  Well, we know that the bridal party usually has more to do to get ready for the big day than their male counterparts! Nevertheless, brides need to make time to include a stress-reducer too!

Happy 1st Anniversary! // Jessica + Brian

Jessica and Brian’s wedding was full of sparkle… All in fun, Jessica was “earning” these sparkle points in her relationship with Brian, aiming for one million of them before the wedding date.  We wonder how many more have been earned in this past year! Theirs was a gorgeous wedding at the Phoenixville Foundry, with red being the theme color for the event.  Jessica and Brian are such a kind and fun loving couple and we are so happy that we had the opportunity to film their special day.  Happy 1st Anniversary!

No More Sparkle Points // Jessica + Brian

Jessica and Brian were such a sweet couple!  Before they were engaged, Jessica had asked Brian when they were going to be engaged.  Brian’s quick and witty response was, “When you earn a million sparkle points.”  This turned into an ongoing joke, where Jessica would ask Brian the sparkle point value of the kind things she did for him, such as refilling his drink.  Apparently there was even a tally on Jessica’s facebook page about how many points she was earning!  Jess didn’t earn all of the sparkle points, however Brian knew she was the one for her and asked her to marry him!  This story shows how funny and lighthearted the newlyweds are with each other.  Jessica’s goal was to have every sparkle point she earned represented at the wedding!  Her dress, jewelry and shoes sparkled!  She even had her florist, Sommerfield Designs, incorporate sparkles in her flowers and centerpieces!  I loved this theme and smile whenever I think about it.  The very talented Susan Stripling captured photos throughout the day.  The couple even braved the cold to go downtown in Phoenixville for a few night shots.  Thanks to the Secret Service Band, the Phoenixville Foundry was full of dancing!  This was a beautiful wedding!  Best wishes to Jessica + Brian!
